Currently, all soccer activities, including all practices and games for the Schererville Soccer Club, are suspended due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. The Schererville Soccer Club’s purpose is to provide a safe opportunity to play youth league soccer and the Schererville Soccer Club’s Board of Directors would like to provide the opportunity to continue to do so this Spring if safe to do so based on guidance of the CDC, the State of Indiana, and SAY Soccer.
If possible, the Spring Season will start on May 30th and finish at the end of June. Games will be played on Saturdays, with some possible weekday evenings for teams that agree. Any games cancelled due to weather or other reason will not be rescheduled.
Schererville Soccer Club recognizes that some may not want to participate in any Spring activities given current circumstances. Schererville Soccer Club respects those who do not feel it appropriate to participate in the Spring and encourages anyone to discuss those concerns with the Schererville Soccer Club Board of Directors.
Friday, May 15th, 2020 – Deadline date for Schererville Soccer Club to confirm all soccer activities are able to resume. Schererville Soccer Club will cancel the Spring Season if all soccer activities are still suspended by this date.
We would like to thank everyone for their patience and understanding during this time. Our first priority is the children in our league, and we hope that they and their families are all healthy and safe.
